Psychic- In "The Voice" he has very powerful psionic abilities. When angered or using his powers, his eye will sometimes turn a glowing red and the pupil becomes a slit. He has bright, pure white, small, feathery bird-like wings which are his only means of locomotion. Principal Brown tells him to return the stolen things and he follows him. In the episode "The Agent" William is punished and given one week of detention by Principal Brown after he had stolen some objects. He is hit by a tennis racket at the end of "The Voice". He is the main antagonist in the episodes "The Voice" and "The Agent". William's parents are unnamed and have never been shown on-screen. He is quite short-tempered and can get angry over little things. He is frustrated and bitter due to his loneliness and being ignored. In "The Agent" he is villainous, calculating and expressive. He puts Gumball and Darwin in cages and runs away, not caring about what happens to them. However, in "The Agent", William shows his cruel and spiteful side: he steals people's possessions. When he realizes that it was all a misunderstanding, though, he apologizes emotionally. When this fails, he goes on an all-out rampage through school in an attempt to get revenge. This was demonstrated in "The Voice," where he stalks Gumball and Darwin, and, through careful planning, tricks them into fighting each other. When someone crosses him and insults him, however, he shows a cold, calculating side to himself. Despite all of this, he is actually a decent character for the majority of the time, showing friendliness. Not even the rejects and Bobert talk to him, and Principal Brown even fails to remember his name as a result of being a background character who cannot communicate in normal methods.
